Where are you based? Do you have a physical store?  

We are based in Singapore and we do not have a physical store at the moment. If you would like to shop our jewellery in person, you may visit our stockists located worldwide. Alternatively, you may also shop online at your convenience 24/7 as we ship worldwide.

I did not receive a confirmation email after placing my order. What should I do?

If you did not receive an order confirmation email from us, it is usually because it has ended up in your email’s junk or spam folder. If you have checked and still cannot find our email, please contact us for assistance.

Which currency are the prices listed in?

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollar (SGD) by default. You can change the currency displayed at the top left corner of our website for easy shopping. During check-out, you will still pay in SGD.

Do you offer the option of meet-up or self-collection for orders?

We currently do not offer the option of meet-up or self-collection. All orders are dispatched by mailing.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

All sales are final and changing of orders and/or cancellation is not allowed.

What does flat rate shipping mean?

Flat rate shipping means that regardless of your order’s quantity and size, you will only have to pay for a single postage charge for each order transaction. Postage is not chargeable by weight or quantity.

I made a few order transactions consecutively. Can I combine the postage charges and get a refund for the excess?

Flat rate postage charge is chargeable for every transaction. To avoid being charged extra, please ensure that your order is accurate before proceeding to payment. We do not refund postage charges for multiple orders, but we can combine the orders in a single package at your request.

Do you allow for returns or exchanges?

We currently do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds, unless in the unlikely event of an error in your order received due to our oversight. For more information, please check here.

There has been a mistake with the order I received. How do I proceed from here?

Please contact us with the relevant information, we will assist you and proceed with the exchange process from there.
