Processing Time
Orders are dispatched from our office in Singapore within 1 to 5 business days upon confirmation of order.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING DURATION
Domestic Orders are delivered in 2 to 6 business days. International Orders* are delivered in 4 to 14 business days.
*Note: Due to the ongoing pandemic, postal services and airfreight movements have been significantly disrupted worldwide. We are expecting delays for international shipments and hope to seek your understanding during this difficult time globally.
Charges
Domestic orders (Singapore) are dispatched via Singpost Registered Shipping and is free of charge. International orders (all other countries) are dispatched via Singpost Registered Shipping and is charged at a flat rate of SGD 12. Orders above SGD 80 can enjoy free shipping. This option will be automatically made available during checkout if your cart is above SGD 80.
TAXES AND CUSTOM FEES
Any taxes or customs fees as deemed by your country’s legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer. In the event that an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of redelivery will have to be borne by the customer.
Tracking
All shipping methods are trackable online at singpost.com once dispatched. Kindly note that not all destination countries are able to provide specific tracking updates once packages are received by the local postal company for processing before delivery.
Returns
Exchanges and Returns
If your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing) due to our oversight, please contact us with your order number as well as the return information. Postage incurred will be borne by us. Returns must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 10 days (domestic orders) 20 days (international orders) from order fulfilment.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the customer. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the exchange/refund within 48 hours.
