Payment Methods

For Domestic Orders (Singapore), we accept direct bank transfers, Paypal and Debit/Credit Card payments. Our preferred payment method is by direct bank transfer (ATM / Internet-banking).

For International Orders, we accept Paypal and Debit/Credit Card payments.

Bank Transfer
.

You can choose to bank transfer your payment via ATM or Internet Banking to DBS eSavings Plus Account 120-2-009074. Upon completion of payment, please reply to order invoice with according details for your payment to be processed and mailed. For ATM transfers, please reply with a clear snapshot of your ATM receipt.

Paypal / Card Payment
.

To make payment via Paypal or Debit/Credit Card, simply select the Paypal option when checking out. You will automatically be directed to Paypal. If you were not properly directed during check out, you can also make payment directly to info@commonmuse.co on Paypal’s website.

Ordering
.

After your order is sent in using our check out system, you should receive an invoice from us. If you did not receive an invoice in your inbox, please check your junk folder.

Orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not completed within 24 hours upon completion of order. Following which, order will not be held or reserved for you, extension of time frame for payment will not be tend to. A new order must be made upon automatic cancellation of order.

An order is completed once it has been dispatched from our studio. We will not have any direct control over its progress and cannot accept any responsibility for your order arriving later than anticipated.
